To qualify for the referral bonus payment, a candidate needs to be placed by The Ash Group and either have worked 600 hours in a contract position or have met the guarantee period for a permanent position. The bonus will be paid after the related invoices have been paid to The Ash Group. 

The Ash Group staff employees, relatives of The Ash Group staff employees and any client personnel may not participate in this program. The Ash Group also reserves the right to reject any referral or candidate it deems inappropriate at its sole discretion. The amount of referral bonus money you receive will be based upon the amount billed to a client as a result of the referral.
