The Ash Group Recognized in 2024 Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms in the US from Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA)
Mountain View, California — Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) – the global research and advisory firm focused on staffing and workforce solutions – has announced the 2024 Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms in the US. The annual list ranks firms by compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for US staffing revenue from 2019-2023, excluding acquisitions. The Ash Group ranks No. 98 on this list.

About SIA’s Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms List
SIA’s Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms list recognizes US staffing companies for their rapid growth rates and highly competitive industry performance.
To qualify for the 2024 list, staffing firms must have posted at least $1 million in revenue in 2019 and had a compound annual growth rate of 15% or more between 2019 and 2023. Only organic revenue growth is considered. Revenue was adjusted to remove growth from acquisitions. It was also adjusted for divestitures. All firms were required to verify their revenue.
The firms on the 2024 list had a median compound annual growth rate of 28.1% between 2019 and 2023 based on US staffing revenue.
The list is based on US staffing revenue, which includes temporary staffing revenue, direct hire, retained search and temp-to-perm conversion fees. Firms with franchised operations included revenue from franchisees. Revenue from payrolling, PEO services, MSP fees or pass-through funds, RPO, HRO, outplacement and solutions was excluded. Lists may not be directly comparable with lists from previous years because of changes in methodology.
